Patrick Gough
Patrick “Paddy” Gough boasts a remarkable 30-year journey with the U.S. Marine Corps, marked by pivotal roles including Operations Officer for Third Marine Aircraft Wing and First Marine Expeditionary Force, Commanding Officer of Marine Light/Attack Helicopter Squadron-169, and Deputy Commander of Marine Corps Installations West. His aviation expertise, spanning aircraft like the AH-1J and AH-1Z Viper, amassed over 4000 flight hours across peace and combat missions during eight overseas deployments, earning him esteemed military accolades. Transitioning to civilian life, Paddy flourished, serving as Executive Director at Orange County Transportation Authority before elevating to Chief Operating Officer and ultimately Chief Executive Officer at PKL Services, Inc. His adept leadership catalyzed exponential growth, evidenced by a $70 million increase in company value and unprecedented revenue peaks. Paddy’s entrepreneurial spirit saw fruition with the establishment of Poseidon Consulting LLC, focusing on business development and leadership consultation, while his commitment to excellence extends to advisory roles and international ventures. With academic prowess from California State University Fullerton and The Naval War College, Paddy’s legacy resonates through his multifaceted contributions to both military and civilian spheres.
William "Burner" Dunn
William Dunn is an aviation expert with over 33 years in the United States Marine Corps. He commanded an attack helicopter squadron in Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a squadron commander his team won the Aviation Safety Award for the United States Marine Corps. He also commanded Marine Aircraft Group-40 based in Al Jaber Base, Kuwait. He has spent extensive time supporting the training of Kuwaiti personnel in the Airforce as well as supporting training of Kuwaiti Ground forces. He also commanded the 22nd Maring Expeditionary Unit. That unit was based in Kuwait for several months supporting operations in Iraq. He is an expert in training aircraft personnel to include Maintainers, Plane Captains, and Pilots.
Steven "Bo" Colcombe
Thirty-one years' experience in the Marine Corps and in the private sector. Co-Founder and COO of Strategic Resilience Group, LLC. Former Marine Corps Infantry officer with several combat tours in Panama, Kuwait and Afghanistan. Participated in Operation Desert Shield and Storm 1990-91 as an executive officer of an infantry company within Second Marine Division to expel Iraqi troops from Kuwait and to liberate Kuwait. In 2002, was a contingency contracting officer in Kuwait serving with the army in Camp Doha. Outside of combat he supported the Marine Corps in Acquisitions, Contracting, Budgeting, and Science and Technology to improve the Marine Corps warfighting capability. He brings a unique, broad and deep appreciation for, and understanding of the fundamental challenges of organizations in both the government and business sectors. Passionate about creating resiliency in people and organizations, so they are better equipped and prepared in today's rapidly dynamic environments.
Rich Hilberer
Richard Hilberer has 21 years of Marine Corps experience in aviation command and control and intelligence. As a senior planner for Marine Expeditionary Force he worked with Kuwaiti Forces to facilitate integrated air operations and ensure the defense of Kuwaiti airspace during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He coordinated civilian and military airspace usage to include air defense procedures. Rich was also an Aviation C2 Squadron Commander providing complex airspace management for close air support of joint and coalition forces.
Richard "Rip" Miles
Richard Miles is an infantry officer with over 23 years in the United States Marine Corps. He was the Assistant Regimental Intelligence Officer and Scout Platoon Commander during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He completed the Weapons Tactics Instructor Course at MCAS Yuma while serving as a Weapons Company Commander and Fire Support Coordinator for an infantry battalion. He was the Executive Officer of a Regimental Combat Team that fought in Fallujah, Iraq for one year. In Afghanistan, he served for over a year in the AFPAK Hands program operating independently throughout Kandahar Province. As an infantryman, he has served in five separate combat zones. As a Marine and Civilian, he has served multiple tours in Washington DC and has worked at every level within the department of Defense.
Lance "Mumbles" Patrick
Lance Patrick is a pilot and aviation expert with over 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. As the Executive Officer of marine Aircraft Group-40 based at Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait he was personally responsible for supporting the training of Kuwait Air and Ground Forces as a pilot, instructor, Forward Air Controller and member of the executive team. He commanded the Silver Eagles of VMFA-115 in support of training and contingency operations in Kuwait and Bahrain. Finally, Lance participated in multiple deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in the capacities of Operations Officer and maintenance Officer for VMFA-115 and served as both the Air Officer and Current Operations Officer at MARCENT for the entire region. He is an expert in training aircraft personnel to include Maintainers, Plane Captains, and Pilots.
